By booking this Online Private Education Session you confirm you have read and understood the following:

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:

We're so pleased you're joining one of our CSUK Midwives for an online private education session. Please know these sessions are educational sessions and do not constitute as personal medical advice, nor are they in place of your Health Care Provider. We reserve the right to stop the session and advise you to seek medical attention if there is ever a significant health care concern.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a client purchases/books an Online Private Education Session and wants to cancel this booking, a refund is available up to 24 hours before the call. No refund shall be afforded to any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

If a client purchases an Online Private Education Session and does not cancel but does not attend the call, there will be no refund afforded.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY:

When you book an Online Private Education Session with c-sectionuk we will ask you for some basic information (personal data), such as your name, email address and due date, as well as the topic of your choice you would like to discuss. This information will help us shape the information and education that we provide during your session. 

This personal data will be stored in a secure drive, accessed by the c-sectionuk team only. We may use this information to inform our data and analytics of our customer base, or reach out to you via email. You have the right to request a copy of this data at any time and ask for it to be removed from our files. 

After your session, your c-sectionuk Midwife will make a note of the date and time of your call, as well as your name and two to three lines detailing the content of your sessions and topics that you wished to focus on. This will be securely stored. We may use the content of the information discussed to inform our data and analytics around our customer base, however this will be completely anonymised and your personal details will not be shared with anyone.
